ALPAR AI is committed to absolute neutrality and independence. We exist to build a reliable public registry of AI incidents. Under no circumstances will commercial relationships, payments, sponsorships, or partnership agreements influence the editorial integrity, visibility, severity classification, moderation decisions, or public trust scores on the platform.
All paid tiers on ALPAR AI (e.g., Enterprise Data API, Verified Respondent dashboards) are strictly utility-based. What providers pay for is: coordinated alert systems, advanced analytics, and the capability to post a Pinned Response alongside an incident report. Payment does NOT buy redaction or deletion of valid incidents, modification of incident severity or Article 73 risk classifications, or artificially boosted Trust Scores.
All Verified Respondent accounts are public and explicitly labeled. All provider responses are displayed as signed, official statements so the public can evaluate their responses alongside user-submitted evidence.
Under Article 14 of the EU E-Commerce Directive and local laws, ALPAR AI acts as a passive hosting provider. We do not write, edit, or endorse incident reports. The responsibility for the truthfulness of each report lies with the reporter.
We believe in fair representation. Every AI provider associated with a published incident has an absolute, immediate right of reply. Verified responses are pinned at the top of the incident detail page, ensuring equal visibility.
Only infrastructure providers may donate to or sponsor ALPAR AI — for example Supabase, Vercel, or GitHub through their open-source credit programs. AI model companies or AI providers that are measured, evaluated, or listed on the platform may not donate to, sponsor, or fund ALPAR AI in any form.
Every donation and sponsorship is recorded in a public register that lists the donor's name, the amount or value of the contribution, the date received, and its purpose. Anonymous, hidden, or in-kind contributions are not accepted.
Donors and sponsors have no influence — direct or indirect — over K-BENCHMARK scores, incident severity classifications, moderation decisions, or any other editorial content. Accepting a donation does not create any review, preview, or veto rights over published data.
The maximum value accepted from a single donor is €5,000 per calendar year. Any donation above this cap is declined and returned. All donations are acknowledged publicly and reported in ALPAR AI's annual transparency report.
